Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 1094 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the seizure, it appears that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Seizure list is part of FIR, in which it is mentioned that seizure is made on Ghailardh Chowk and a joint seizure list of two persons has been prepared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 1094 of 2018. Bailors will be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) khushbu/- U T
