Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 107/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 2 is the sister-in-law (Gotni) whereas petitioner No. 1 is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and the position of petitioner No. 2 in the family is similar to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35506 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 deceased and there are general and omnibus allegations against them.

Considering the position of the petitioners in the family and the nature of allegations levelled against them, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 107/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
