2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.303 of 2023/S.Tr. No.159 of 2024, lodged under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68620 of 2023 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 21.03.2024. He further submits that progress report has been called for and as per his knowledge, till date, not a single witness has been examined.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30112 of 2024(5) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on being satisfied by the trial court that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases which are pending against him whose details are mentioned below, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-XII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.303 of 2023/S.Tr. No.159 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

7. The details of the cases which are pending against the petitioner, are as follows:- i. Lalganj P.S. Case No.55 of 2017.

ii. Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014.

iii. Vaishali P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.

iv. Tisiauta P.S. Case no. 47 of 2014.

v. Phulparas P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014.
