Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Earlier, the pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25564 of 2021.

No fresh ground has been made out by the petitioner for reconsideration of his pre-arrest bail application. Regard being had to allegation made in F.I.R., Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
