The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 registered under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased alleged that he got information that his sister committed suicide by hanging herself. His sister was married with Manoj Kumar in the month of May, 2017 itself but her husband and other in-laws did not allow her to study and behave cruelly with her.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased. Mukesh Kumar, the husband of the deceased has already been acquitted. There is no material to show that the petitioner ever
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17639 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 asked the deceased not to continue her study. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XIII, Patna in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No.134 of 2017/G.R. No.5764 of 2017, corresponding to S.T. No.744 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
