The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2022 in connection with S.T. No. 214 of 2022 arising out of Bithan P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 under Section 302 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 25.03.2020 by the informant, Dheeraj Kumar.

As per the prosecution story, the informant's father and sister-in-law moved towards village after taking breakfast on his motorcycle but he did not reach at his house and on the next morning, he got information about his father lying on the road and is died. His motorcycle was also missing. Further, he got information that some unknown persons shot dead his father. Accordingly, the FIR instituted.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, for the present this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trail and conclude the same within a period of six months. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/kiran/- U T
