====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault to the informant and other family members. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above

No.26627 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 239 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
