JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim was mentally abraised and committed suicide though she was provided medical assistance. It is further submitted that even assuming the accusation, no offence under section 304B IPC is made out.

Be that as it may, let the learned court below consider

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54273 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur .

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
