2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case punishable for offence under Sections 126(2)/115/118(1)/117/ 109(1)/303(2)/351/352/3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of complainant / opposite party no. 2 submits that in this case, process of Section 82/83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this bail application is not maintainable, in view of several decisions of the Supreme Court, rendered in the case of (i) Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi), reported in (2012) 8 S.C.C. 730, (ii) State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma, reported in (2014) 2 S.C.C. 17 and (iii) Prem

4. Considering the aforesaid development, the application, filed for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, stands dismissed.
