The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 16/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 452, 332, 333, 435, 436, 337, 338, 323, 224, 225, 307, 153(A), 342, 160, 379, 120(B) and 353 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged against 101 named persons along with 2000 unknown persons. Petitioner is not named in the written report.

In the written report there is allegation that a mob of 101 known persons and 2100 unknown people, by putting dead

The other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19626/2019 dated 01.04.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
