2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgharwa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed the loot from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. There is no materiel to connect him with the crime. He has not been put on TIP Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26726 of 2025(4) dt.06-08-2025 2/3 and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to make good the loss to the informant of Rs. 1,10,000/- Approx amount which has been looted from the informant.

8. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for about seven months and not put on TIP Parade, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ramgharwa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, subject to the condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Harpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii). Both the bailors should be close blood relatives of the petitioner.

10. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, he will produce the demand draft of Rs. 1,10,000/- in the name of the informant and thereafter the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be

11. The demand draft shall be handed over to the informant by the court below.
