JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 67 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and her dead body has been dispose of. Submission is that petitioners are the mother-in-law and Gotni of the deceased, daughter of the informant, after the marriage of the deceased with Shambhu Paswan due to their wedlock there are two children and due to quarrel in between them deceased committed suicide by burn and on information informant was also present in the funeral of the deceased, but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46566 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 with ulterior motive husband along with whole family have been implicated in this case. Further submission is that Shambhu Paswan and Kishun Paswn, husband and father-in-law, respectively, of the deceased are in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Bikramganj in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
