The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sachiwalay P.S. Case No.112 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol, one pair of silver Payal and Rs.18,300/- cash were recovered. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
