2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 292, 354(C) (d), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. It is alleged that co-accused Ritesh Kumar tried to outrage modesty of the daughter of the informant, took obscene photographs of her and threatened to make them viral. It is further alleged that when the informant went to the house of coaccused Ritesh Kumar to make complaint then this petitioner assaulted her.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation is against coaccused Ritesh Kumar. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case only because she is sister of the co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26623 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 Ritesh Kumar. Moreover, F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of 14 days which itself creates doubt about the veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge 7th-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P. S. Case No. 131 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
