The petitioner is an accused in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 208 of 2020 under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the FIR, the informant has alleged that it is the petitioner, who opened fire from the back which hit the informant's father and the bullet went out of the body through the stomach. He was immediately taken to the Primary Health Centre, Amdabad and from there referred to Katihar Medical
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26308 of 2022(2) dt.12-08-2022 2/2 College but he succumbed to the injury.
Considering the specific allegation that has been alleged in the FIR against the petitioner of opening fire and killing the informant's father, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/- U
