The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 632 of 2018 registered under Sections 188, 153A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 9 of the Loudspeaker Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Further he submits that it would appear from the first information report that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of any overt Act. The management of the committee has violated the terms and condition of law. The petitioner is only a member of that committee.
