In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.28 of 2010, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R. in the mid-night while the informant and his family members were sleeping on the roof of the house, the accused persons came and fired on the father of the informant. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40447 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Final Form has been submitted by the Police. However, the fact is that the Court below has taken cognizance on the basis of the material on record.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
