JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 24.11.2010 passed in Case No. 136 of 2009 by the District Teacher's Appointment Appellate Authority, Saharsa.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6679 of 2011 (17) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
