The petitioner is apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution the main accusation against the petitioner is of keeping in his possession rappers, empty boxes of particular pesticide company, which are alleged to be counterfeited by the informant, who is an employee of the said company.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Whatever recovery is

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no direct or indirect material to suggest the implication of the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner's has come in course of the investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri M.K.Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
