JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 21.01.2011 passed in Case No. 137 of 2010 by the District Teacher's Employment Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
