2. In view of the materials on record, the Court cannot come to a definite finding as to whether any further post retiral dues remain to be paid to the petitioner as the stand of the authorities is that the same have been paid.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, if the petitioner feels that any further
