The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 for the offence under Section 399, 402,414 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that one country made Semi Automatic Pistol and seven live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.1.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on
