ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148 /149/341/323/324/307/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is specific allegation against the petitioner, the injury report do not indicate any serious injury. The injuries have been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and that there is dispute with regard to passage, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53501 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
