2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 registered for the offences punishable u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants are alleged to have looted the mobile phone and vehicle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Deepak Kumar @ Patarka. Nothing has been recovered from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29832 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020.

7. The application stands allowed.
