The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Anwar Ansari and Sadam Alam @ Sadam Ansari @ Saddan Ansari have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19728 of 2019 on 03.03.2019.

No.25022 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
