Case No. 19 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The allegation of last seen is not against this petitioner. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. The allegation of last seen is against co-accused Vicky Kumar and Sonu Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
