2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 186, 353, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that as per instructions of higher authority, informant along with other government officials went to catch stray animals roaming on the road, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and some unknown persons attacked them by means of lathi and danda. Thus, all the accused persons assaulted government officials and caused hindrance in discharging their official duty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted informant and others while they were discharging their official duty and catching stray animals due to which two personnel sustained injury.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
