The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.23 of 2014 for the offences punishable under sections 376/511of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with reference to the FIR submits that there is no details of the occurrence except that on the date of occurrence in the evening at about 5.00 PM the petitioner tried and attempted to rape the informant. He submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and that there is a land dispute between the parties which has led to the case.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing, let the petitioner, namely, Upendra Bind @ Badaka in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55150 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.23 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
