2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:
I. To command the District Magistrate, Gaya to give direction to the S.D.O., Tekari, Gaya and others for providing protection and security for harvesting, cultivation and farming of land of the petitioner bearing Kheshra No.14,148 of Khata No.58, Kheshra No.214,448 of Khata No.59, Kheshra No. 36,343,355,369, 412 of Khata No.60, Kheshra No. 72,180 of Khata No.63, Kheshra No of Kahata No.64, Kheshra Να. 126,292,370480 of Khata No.65, Kheshra No.414 of Khata No.70 owned and possessed by
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.609 of 2022(4) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 the petitioner.
II. To command the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya to arrest the named accused persons in Paraiya P.S. Case No.205/19 dt. 17.11.2019 And provide protection and security to the petitioner and his family at his present resident place Road No.11, Magadh Colony, P.S. Gaya Medical, Distt.-Gaya.
3. The petitioner is directed to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, with a representation for providing police protection for doing agricultural work on his land in question.
4. If, such a representation is filed before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, the same shall be considered and if, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, finds that the petitioner requires police protection, the same shall be given to him in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
