No.29546 of 2017, as a result of which, case number as well as name of the parties has wrongly appeared in the order dated 16.11.2017.

In view of such, order number of order dated 16.11.2017 be read as "Order No.3", in place of „Order No.4‟. Further, in the Cause Title of the Order dated 16.11.2017, in place of „Cr. Misc. No.29546 of 2017‟, it be read

Further, name of the counsel for the petitioner as well as Opposite Party be read as "Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh, Advocate" in place of „Mr. Nafisuzzoha‟ for the petitioner and "Mr. S. N. Shukla, APP", in place of „Mr. Sri Mukeshwar Dayal‟.
