The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 380 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that one Vidya Lal Sahani has entered into the house of the informant and outraged the modesty. He was caught but two accused persons came there and forcibly they had taken away Vidya Lal Sahani.

No.40729 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.59 of 2017, (G.R. Case No. 693 of 2017) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
