The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 380 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that one Vidya Lal Sahani has entered into the house of the informant and outraged the modesty. He was caught but two accused persons came there and forcibly they had taken away Vidya Lal Sahani.
