The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place due to land dispute between the parties. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
