The matter of the petitioner was referred to Arbitrator. The Arbitrator has decided the matter but petitioner is not satisfied with the arbitration amount.
There is provision of appeal which prescribes that any person aggrieved by the arbitration amount he may take recourse under Section 3(G) of the Arbitration Act, 1996.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17692 of 2014 (4) dt.21-12-2017 In such view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach before appropriate forum. If such a petition/objection is filed by the petitioner before the appropriate forum. While disposing of the limitation matter the authority will take into account the pendency of the present case before this Court. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
