The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No.153 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case Rs.30,000/- and a mobile phone was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwariya
