However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 to 9 submit that concurrent finding of facts have been recorded by the authorities against the claim raised on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the present writ petition is fit to be dismissed by this Court.
