JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the wife after eight years of marriage.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to illness whereas learned counsel for the informant submits that the victim was throttled to death. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection withKhajekalan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 pending in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54134 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 the court of learned S.D.J.M. Patnacity.
