The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the victim has named the petitioners in 164 Cr.P.C. statement but there are serious inconsistency between the written report and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Moreover, the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53219 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 have no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 450 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
