The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 372, 373 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that the victim has retracted from the initial version.

This Court is not inclined to revise its earlier order.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the retracted version of the victim and the fact that the petitioner is aged about 64 years, if the petitioner surrenders before the
