2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have filed representation before the Director, Secondary Education (respondent no. 2), which is still pending and the same be directed to be disposed off.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioners file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of filing such representation.
