In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case between the parties as has been mentioned in paragraph no.9 of this bail petition. As per the F.I.R. an altercation took place between the parties, in which both the sides received injuries.

The injury report of Nand Kishore Yadav suggests that two injuries are simple in nature and one injury is grievous

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25707 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 in nature i.e. swelling on the right ankle joint. Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case no. 422 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
