JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is unmarried Nanad of deceased and they are languishing in jail custody since 21.05.2018 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The perusal of written report of informant goes to show that no specific allegation of demand of dowry has been levelled against these petitioners nor there is any specific allegation of torture against the petitioners. The investigation against the petitioners has already been completed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24629 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018.
