1. Heard the parties.

2. This writ petition has been preferred for implementation of the order dated 02.09.2020 passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Patna.

3. Taking into consideration, the provision contained under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 1920, remedy is available under the Rules itself for

4. In view of the above, the writ petition would not be maintainable for implementation of the order of the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority and the remedy as above ought to be taken by the concerned person.

5. Granting liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 1920, the writ petition is found to be misconceived and accordingly dismissed.
