This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 27.10.2015 passed by CJM, Saran at Chhapra in Excise Case No. 162 of 2015. "The prosecution story in short is that on the basis of a secret informantion on account of dry day being declared by the order of the District Magistrate, Saran on the occasion of Moharram under the supervision of the Superintendent of Excise, Saran. He raided the place adjacent to Mamta Hotel to Kuchhery Station and on a three wheeler in closed cart he recovered ten cartons of illegal country made liquor and each carton contained 48 bottles of 200 ml each equivalent to 90.600

Upon perusal of the materials available on record, no ground is made out for quashing the order dated 27.10.2015. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
