JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier the revision application filed by the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 01.10.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No. 428 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape upon the victim girl and recorded the video of said act and also made it viral on social media and the girl was minor.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now the evidence of girl has been recorded, in which, she has not named the petitioner.
