Learned counsel for the petitioner in paragraph-6 of the supplementary affidavit has stated that the dues quantified by the opposite party no.2 has although been paid to this petitioner. However, the petitioner is still aggrieved by

Patna High Court MJC No.1238 of 2020(3) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 deduction of Rs.15,41, 463.00 (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Forty One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Three) only. He seeks liberty to assail the above orders of deduction in a duly constituted application.

In view of the fair stand of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
