2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 which was granted by learned A.D.J.-8, Purnea vide order dated 06.01.2022 in A.B.A. No. 953 of 2021, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26548 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
