The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent authority to lodge an FIR on the basis of written information given by the petitioner to the S.H.O., Dumariyaghat Police Station, District- East Champaran at Motihari on 18.03.2025 and upon non-registration of FIR, again the petitioner has given the said information through registered post on 26.03.2025 for registration of FIR to the Senior

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.724 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari as well as to the SHO of Dumariyaghat Police Station, East Champaran at Motihari.

(ii) For commanding the respondent authority to investigate the case after institution of FIR properly on the basis of the allegation levelled into the present written application which constitutes cognizable offence against the accused persons.

(iii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as the FIR bearing Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No.110 of 2025 has been registered.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the local police station to investigate Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No.110 of 2025 properly.
