1. Although the present petition has been filed, by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner, for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.254 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, within a period of four weeks from today and apply for regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider the said petition to be filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the very same day of filing of the same. It is directed accordingly.
