JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this application for initiating contempt proceeding, in bits and pieces payments have been made, the last being in the year 2013 for the amount that was due in the year 2005. He submits that as payments have been made, this application may be disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to seek interest for delayed payment from the Department, if he so advised. Leave is granted.

With the aforesaid leave, the application stands disposed of.
