In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the Letter/Reference No. 56A/11 dated 01.04.2011 (Annexure-3) to the present writ application by which the petitioner's service has been terminated w.e.f. 01.04.2011 from the post of Computer Instructor by the Principal, Sri Krishna Jubilee Law College, Muzaffarpur, (respondent no. 5) run by the private Governing Body.

The petitioner is directed to file a representation before

Patna High Court CWJC No.8110 of 2011 (4) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 the Vice Chancellor, B.R.

Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
